Nike Blazer in odd colorway (Fake?)

Someone gave me these Nike Blazers in this colorway and I can't find anything that resembles this on the internet. The tag says that they were purchased November 11, 2008.  Are they fake?

That's the production date not purchase date. Look up the style # on the tag
