I don't think so. You have to have a game capture and a twitch account to stream and what not. I don't know anything about that.

ssb has a spectator mode, but I've never looked at it.

i just beat the demo. its fun , but on the current 3ds it isnt as good, especially without the circle pad

controlling the camera was kinda awkward and annoying. hopefully it feels smoother on the N3DS..
