Trying to get drunk on a 16 dollar budget no four loko, and any alcohol is accepted ( gin, whiskey, beer, etc.) Preferably something that I can drink all in one night.

you might be able to get a handle of vodka depending on where you live
that's your best bet, 1.75 liter bottle of cheap vodka and a lot of mixers.. good luck!
