The tobacco company makes it hard for you to quit on purpose. You may not be at the level where you'd blow someone for a cig, but when you try to quit your body and brain goes through withdrawal like any other hardcore drugs. And you get fat because food taste damn good!
Good luck to everyone trying to quit. I use to work at Philip morris and I'd say over half of my coworkers didn't smoke. We did have to bury a coworker who had lung cancer from smoking. That was a terrible day
