I don't think those pics do justice. Few months ago when you made this post, I didn't think much of it. But a few months later, and I see this guyrolling in an all black one at my college and it's an amazing car. It's definitely a neck breaker.

Yes, Tata Motors of India does own both Jaguar and Land Rover. They are still using Ford powerplants and don't plan on changing anytimesoon.

As far as the dumbing down of the C-XF concept goes, it's going to be adapted to the upcoming flagship XJ8.

This is the one that I'm holding out for.

Best thing for Jaguar was that Ford finally sold the brand and allowed some good designers to produce this design.

i've only driven the supercharged one. they drive nice but since it still uses ford parts it's an easy pass.
