you have plenty more birthdays
stop dwelling on negatives
 
DO NOT ISOLATE YOURSELF.

Spend time around family and friends.
Be there for your fam in their time of need.
Try to keep your spirits up.
Talk with your heart to the most high/inner divine.
Exercise, play a sport, do something physical.
Laugh.
Count your Blessings, realize that billions have it A LOT worse.


BUST A NUT (WITH A FEMALE, NO FAPPING) BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY.

Listen to uplifting music.
Chill outside.
Look for peace, happiness & contentment within, regardless of outside factors.

Keep your head up OP. Don't worry about your ex. Trust me there's always more ex's to come but your only going to have one mom. Stick by her side as I'm sure she has been there for you.

like the saying goes, when it rains it pours.  Just keep your priorities in order. Family first. You now have to step up and be a man for your family, that dosent mean you cant show fear or emotion but you have to find a way not to add to the stress but to be the one who relieves it.

one of my favorite quotes goes something like, "life is not about waiting for the storm to pass, its about learning how to dance in the rain"
