in the case of foreigners, i really don't believe it is necessary to be careful about what you wear.

i've currently lived here for 6 months. previously lived here for another 15 months with a 6 month gap between the two trips and i haven't run intoany problems wearing yellow. i don't wear red as it is, so i can't really speak on it.
