i feel like detroit and golden state both would be better off swapping iggy and j smoov.
i wanted Iggy on the Pistons but clearly they wanted Smith more for some reason.

what they are doing with our line up is confusing me. i really hope they dont play on putting Drummond or Monroe on the bench :smh:

Smith to the pistons is just a horrible move, terrible contract they already had enough of a post presence, they need wing scoring

Free Drummond

yea, we needed shooters. i really cant say much else.

sweet signing if we didnt already have monroe and drummond.

will be a good signing if we got a legit PG some how. aint happening tho

Ya because meeting up with a complete stranger is not weird at all

You're right, but I come from a generation when you are held accountable for the **** you talk. It escalated between you and I past the point of just joking with one another. I was more than ready to make your shoulders clap and tape it so everyone on NT could see. That was a long time ago though and I let it go.

:wow: :wow:

When you guys say Dwight will bounce back next year what exactly do you mean? Because last year was about what he always gives you over his career. Not like he's about to avg 25 or anything

Oladipo is an ELITE athlete...IMO, his athleticism trumps Harden. By a mile.

I'm saying, Harden still got baby fat.
This ***** Vic was giving you chase down blocks and 360's, he has a damn near 40 inch vert.

goofy dwight, clowning around with his teammates, having fun. dwight wants his teammates to be his buddies as well, it's like a college atmosphere for him. he hasnt really been himself last two yrs with all the outside distraction (mostly on him). if he can focus on basketball, he will be more productive. not sure how much better stats wise, but he will be better off if there isnt so much scrutiny

but hardens offensive gm still trumps oladipo even greater
oladipo is gonna be a defensive specialist in the league. he isnt gonna give u anything on the other side of the ball.

Maybe I'm the only one who's high on oladipo, but I feel he's a really hard worker, I think hell get a solid jump shot working, his athleticism is already there, so if he works at, I feel hell be 18-22 ppg, plus guard the best guy on the other side.

That's a solid player right there

both are premiere wing defenders , they can give you 18-21 points efficiently without
throwing away the teams chemistry

On a consistent basis Iggy can't give you 18 to 21 a game though. 13 a game is not elite on any level. and Paul George over an 82 game season still has far too many inconsistent moments to warrant the superstar tag that many are throwing around for him. 17 a game is not a superstar no matter how you slice it. I like PG though, and he may take that leap next year, but I just don't see "Superstar" in him, more of a really good 2nd/3rd option

In other news

We back :smokin :smokin Don't eem care about the competition either

You're wild, Vic has to improve his offense but he's still going get 13-15 easily off cuts, drives and in transition.

Nobody said he was on his level offensively so that's not even relevant

Rivers was below average in every statistical category but drawing free throws, too bad he didn't hit many of those.

He has terrible tendencies as a player that will be hard for him to overcome

Aside from the decision, which I could see animosity towards lebron from Cleveland for, lebron didn't really do anything wrong to be hated. I could see Kobe Stans, and Cleveland fans disliking him but he didn't do anything to warrant the hate elsewhere.

Moving on Dwight should hire a good publicist. Alot of the self inflicted negativity Dwight brought upon himself could've been handled better if he was given better advice on how to handle these types of situations. I would expect a guy like Dwight to have alot of yes men in his corner rather then those giving him solid advice.

LeBron left the city he grew up in (or close to) to burn to the ground, without so much as a warning to team up with 2 all stars in their primes. This guy was supposed to be "the chose one, the king" but had to team up with 2 prime players to win a ship. Alot of the hate also stems from being compared to the jordan and kobe when he had to take that route to a ship. If they didnt get kyrie theyd still be up ***** creek without a paddle.
If this makes sense, I really hate what ESPN and certain fan bases have done to LBJ (and Tim Tebow) since the decision.

1.  Cleveland was a perennial doormat of the NBA before LBJ got there. Because of him, they had several seasons where they had the best record in the NBA and Cleveland was all of a sudden the most entertaining team in the association. He even took them to the NBA finals, something truly remarkable considering the history of the Cavs. He put in more then his fair share of dues for his hometown team.

2.  The decision was one of the worst PR moves Ive seen in my lifetime. I understand people being upset then, but if there is one fan base that had no right to be upset its the Cavs fans. Before LBJ what was Cleveland sports wise? The Indians were mediocre, and the Browns were (still are) a NFL doormat. Those same Cavs fans that burned his jersey, probably never bought Cavs jerseys, or tickets or anything before he came along. He owed them nothing, and the way the media made it look like he flaked on them is despicable.

3.  I never understood the "he cowered and joined two all stars because he couldnt do it on his own" argument. Kobe had Shaq/Gasol, Duncan had Parker/Ginobli, Pierce had Garnett/Allen and the list goes on. Why is it mandatory for LBJ to win a chip on his own, when in recent memory no one else has had to do it?  LBJ led the Heat to both championships (especially this last one). He still was the man on the title teams, just like Kobe was when Odom and Gasol helped him win back to back titles.

4.  Maybe I watch to much First Take, but the hate on LBJ has gone on waaaaaay to long. Dudes are over-analyzing every facet of his game and expecting borderline unrealistic expectations of him. He could get 35 and 10 in a game and the media would find a way to criticize him.

Sorry for the rant, but I had to get that out. Im actually a Kobe stan, but what I see said about LBJ is absurd.

The rant makes sense for the most part. Let me just offer some different perspectives though.

1.) Cleveland wasnt **** till he got there, he got there, he made them relevant, and before he won a ship, he bolted and sent them on the first thing smoking back to not being ****.

2.) We'll disagree there, if I had to guess, I would say they had supported there local teams before lebron got there. Now if we're talking outside of cleveland, thats different
And we'll agree to disagree to say that he flaked on them. This team gave him everything, supported him 100% until the very last minute, I would think he should owe them a simple phone call saying im not returning. Nope he let the city of cleveland find out on "the decision"
3.) Ill go to the pierce kg allen because the other dudes didnt join up in free agency, lebron was the only one of that magnitude, people were saying this guy could be the goat, then he leaves because he needed more help. If he was just another allstar, the fall out wouldnt have been nearly as bad, it's because this dude was the 2nd best or even the best thing since jordan.

4.) Agree 100%
