At this point, something has to change. It's pretty clear by now Sumlin isnt capable.
His staff is ****. Hired Mazzone because that's his buddy. He sucks. Chavis, it turns out, also sucks?
Three years in a row of hot starts only to stall out the minute the calendar shifts to November. He doesn't have the stomach for the SEC West. His teams don't play for the guy. They flat out quit on him. Every year. At the first sign of adversity.
