After being on hold for 40 minutes smh, you can do that after you get tracking info.

I applied my WC reward but the size was out of stock but i was able to get another size but when I applied the same card it said the balance on the reward card said zero. Did I lose the $20 in that card? Anybody know?

That's happened to me before. You have to call and they will mail you a new one.

Could be because the same people that purchased before purchased again. A lot of the same people that missed out probably missed out again. Not everyone is e-savy

Same thing has happened to me. Takes a couple weeks to arrive in the mail though.
