   Let me tell you a story, I was in Paris for the French Open in '05, happen to find out Opium was releasing the AM1 Clots, get there and about 23 people are in line waiting for them. I'm #24, normal sizes are pretty much spoken for (including mine -10) which was done by a sign up sheet. Opium had 28 pairs, I finally get to the front and only sizes available were a 12, 13, and some ****** feet 8.5, and 8. So, the dudes I befriended are telling me to go ahead and pickup the 12 (trade or resale purpose), I pass because MAYBE the dudes behind me might be a 12, but that's how I role. If I had stayed there all night I probably would got them, but I was there in passing and reselling is just too much of a hassel. But, in retrospect, I can't knock another dudes hustle.

It's a dirty game. My mans was actually one of the cats who skipped line. He flew out there from here in Charlotte early Friday.The way he explained it, he lined up behind some dudes INSIDE the mall that night. He says after a few hours, some dudes left & he moved up. Couple hours after that he said is when he found out about people outside. So when he went out there some dudes was telling him where the back was. His perspective was like, yo I just flew down here... so somehow he got back in & waited for the first group of 5 then he slid behind the 5th dude. He said when he was walking out, security tried to press him and said he was banned from the mall.All in all, its a dirty game. Malls aren't really prepared for the crowds that these type of releases bring & there's always gonna be someone getting a raw deal. I hate that happened to you though fam.DF!!!

I kind of expected something like that to happen anyways. The security at that mall never learn their lesson after so many years.

When they told us that only one security guard was escorting us, I knew it was all bad. Oh, well. There's nothing I can do about it now. I just had no choice but to go to the Galleria that time. I just sold my Nerfs on here for $475, actually. I know I could have probably gotten more, but I need the money for some presents and the Christmas Kobes in a few days. Tell your friend I hate him.

I guess its part of this "game" you speak of. Im not the type to stand in lines, but obviously dude wanted those Nerf's, and put in lots of time and effort, so he got a pair to use as trade bait, or sell for going rate and use that to buy his pair. Not sure where hype comes into play in this scenario- ya, theyre hyped shoes, thats why there was a line, but obviously, he just wanted his own pair. and yes, the guy that really wears the 7.5 shouldve gotten there earlier if he wanted his

All of what my man, Nowitzness41, said. Nobody is going to show sympathy in any of this, so why should I? I tried my best to do what I had to do since I really wanted them, so the guy that wears a 7.5 should have shown up earlier. Would you decide not to buy anything at all if you were sitting there for 16 hours? Don't blame me for being a part of ruining "the game". If it weren't for all of the hype, I wouldn't have had to camp out and I could have gotten my pair easily. Nobody ever had to wait in line for Durants until now, because Nike decides to make them super limited. My intentions were to get my size and wear them, because I like the shoe.
BTW, I sold them for $475 and there's multiple pairs on eBay going for $800+.

Got another pair of my favorite Jordans. 2003 with original everything. It's beginning to look alot like Christmas everywhere I go.

I agree to disagree...I honestly wouldn't camped out for anything so I cant say I understand...your right about the hype part and you sold those at a good price only a fool would pay $1200 for them joints...see I dont know how hoh works but on ebay I saw a guy post multiple sizes...so a release like that you can go in and order madd sizes and cats waiting.hours in line wont say nothing?....The olympic Prestos are dope and I really dont say that about alot of Nike's I say that cause alot of dudes wear, buy and comment on the same kicks?
