Official "Going to Vegas in..." Vol. II "It was time"

Never had a table at any club ever and hasn't stopped me from pulling chicks. I'm a volume shooter tho so that might be why. Last month had some chicks come to the room who I didn't even remember meeting or exchanging numbers at all.

That's the best. Wake up and don't remember chick's name and don't even have her number

truly appreciate the advice, we ended up booking the 3 nites at PH... not the suite as originally planned but it'll work. I plan on scouting the first 3 nights while at the off strip resort and coming into the weekend ready to go at PH. From what yall said PH has a decent locale so it shouldn't be a problem pulling and getting them back to the room. I actually plan on doing some site seeing as well but these fools laughed at thought of it... Looks like I'm be roaming dolo during the day, anybody wanna link up hit the PM.

IMO VDARA>>>>
That's just me tho...

Same way I feel :nthat: .. and being right next door to Cosmo & Aria makes it even more >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

They may not have the best penthouse suite in comparison to other hotels (although their 2 bedroom hospitality suite is up there) but overall that's my favorite place to stay.

I like having a casino and club/pool party on site but that hotel is nice

Right, because it just makes for a more lively atmosphere. The hotel is certainly nice, but it requires leaving the property for anything other relaxing by the pool (and the Death Ray). If that's all you want to do, then fine.

I'm perfectly fine with leaving the Vdara and walking next door to Cosmo or Aria

I'm rarely in my room regardless of where I stay at in Vegas so having a casino/club on site at a hotel is a non-factor for me.

Any suggestions for best lounge/club nights during the week? We're touching down on a Tues so I'm assuming the first few days clubs will be light traffic until the weekend...

I like it for the energy it brings plus increases chances of a buzzer beater pull on the way back to the room

"Buzzer beater pull" I like that one Doc :nthat:

Anyone gonna be there during weekend of Dec 11-13? Thinking of going that weekend to celebrate my 30th bday and watch UFC 194. Stayed at the Linq for a friends 30th in August and had a great time. While a different atmosphere in the fall/winter months can anyone recommend good hotels to stay on the strip during this time and a good sports bar/book to watch UFC? Thanks in advance.

They are building a new nightclub at the Aria, it's gonna replace Haze. It's called Jewel I think....

Vegas for New Year's Eve. Good idea or bad idea? Never been. What do I need to know NT?

Depends on what exactly you're planning.

I've been 3 times on NYE.

It gets super packed and the clubs are super expensive. Try to get there earlier rather than later because traffic/cab line at the airport are nuts. If flying I would invest in Town car services from the airport.

Stay in a hotel that's gonna be walking distance to where you're partying. The strip closes to auto traffic on NYE and the cab lines become obscene.

The clubs are expensive but you can get reduced cover after midnight. The three times I've been we always celebrated the countdown on the strip. Twice we went to Tao after MN for like 40 (this was back in 2010 before the megaclub explosion). The third time I pulled a chick on the strip and never made it out

It's worth going as long as you're with people who won't complain and you have a plan of attack

Also, hotels lock their doors at a certain point (like, 10 or 11, maybe even earlier), so you want to be inside the hotel you plan on partying in. Otherwise, you'll have to wait until they re-open (usually at 12:30 or 1, I think). This is the main reason why it's smart to stay at or near where you're going out because you can just walk.

Did Vegas NYE like 5 years ago. Good times but wouldn't go again. Too damn cold

The countdown on the Strip is pretty dope, though :pimp:
