Took me 3 or 4 tries but just kept index finger on screen and used thumb and middle finger to screen shot.

Try learning the "Bundles" method.

Example..
Theme/Bundles/com.apple.AppStore/icon.png

So if you want to change the App Store icon, you'll need to change "icon.png" file with whatever icon you want, but with the same name.
