Fake, they have size 8-12 of the Shanghai Shen 5's for 330 dollars. That is nearly impossible for a limited shoe like that.

Please look at the description. No box and no extra laces. Those are good indicators to identity fakes from authentic pairs.

Don't think the shop is legit, not sure about the particular shoes you posted. Their TB3 and BC3 look suspect.
Also, I don't want to knock their hustle, but I none of the barbershops I know offer consignment. lol

Lol well you know where I stand on thoses sites. If you really feelin them ^ give it a shot but use caution. I'd ask more about their return policy. It's a plus but still. They accept paypal which is good for you. I see they have a twitter, fb, and instagram too.

Looking at their site and social media sites, I can't determine if they are legit. It's really a gamble, you're covered via PayPal and they do have a return policy. Let us know how it turns out if you decide to buy from them.
