I'd take Noah/West over Hibbert/Boozer in a perfect world, cause Hibbert balls out once every 20 games, and Boozer mostly sucks. You can never question the effort and hustle of Noah/West.

His upside IMO is a healthy Bynum-like game with Dwight-esque athleticism.

Monroe is not athletic whatsoever
but he's athletic in the coordinated/Marc Gasol-bigman kinda way, if that makes sense. He's no stiff.
