Predictable play calling and within that play calling we no longer attempt to attack weaknesses

We now just run a handful of play no matter who we play

Whereas when Shane was calling the games we would figure out weak points and attack.. if a dline has size we would go more to stretch run and run on the boundaries to find space.. if the team is light then we just use a power scheme
