Look very similar to the pair I got (and let go of) from NDC so I think they're legit too. Don't forget you have buyer protection through eBay if they're not legit. A hassle for sure but better than nothing. I've heard of legit photos being stolen for use in an auction then counterfeits being sent to the buyer. So nothing is 100% but you're taking the right steps to minimize risk.
 
I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt and go with fingers like his hand was in an odd position and scaling made it look funny but it didn't look that way in full computer size.
