Incredible for me. I've only ran in the ones with the heel padding. I've read online that the ones without heel padding are kid of a pain to run in.

do the trainers and racers fit similarly to the lunar's? The reason I ask is because I can try on the Lunar's in store (they're much more abundant, at least around my area, than the trainers/racers)

Racers fit the same as the Lunar's I tried on at a local Finish Line. I haven't tried the Trainers so I can't speak on those.
