There are ways to get around it. I also used two other people's name as well.

Only reason why I'm beliieving it is because two of them just gave me their contact info so they can swing me their PayPal payment for them. I purchase their size, and hook them up afterwards.

From what I understand no. But if you are in LA the OVO store will have it.
