Gruesome facts emerging from this op suggest Trump - 2 weeks into his presidency - could already be a war criminal.

the targeting of families literally makes me sick

and no background checks for gun ownerships...?  smh.  i might as well strap up now.

I told y'all yesterday that the botched Yemen raid targeted women and children on purpose.

Furthermore, 40 per cent want the new President to be impeached, up from 35 per cent one week ago.
That's the magic number. Get it towards 50% and Congress will be ready to act. The Russia shadiness is the clearest path to impeachment right now. But, at the pace he's going, there could be another 3 or 4 things to use against him soon.

I want to join in this pile on against Trump voters, I truly do. But I do have to professorial some of the time.

About 95% of Trump votes came from the came old GOP coalition which is to say white supremacists.

Trump did attract some new voters and those Trump voters were distributed geographically in such a way that it swung the Electoral College in his favor. Many of those distinctly Trump voters were disgruntled trade unionists. While they were racially callous by voting for a racist, they did have some economic anxiety and Hillary Clinton's tone was complacent and when you feel like the status quo is working against you, I can understand voting differently from how you had voted previously.

Now, the real test will come in the 2020 election. If those guys still vote for Trump despite his policies being the same old orthodox, anti labor Republican policies than we can declare every single Trump support to be motivated primarily by white supremacy.

If those blue collar guys in the upper Midwest switch right back to Democrats in 2018 and 2020, then I can believe that they truly did feel left behind and then they saw how anti worker Trump turned out to be and they recoiled.

"I’m not some crazy right-wing nut you guys. I voted for Obama — twice. I even got my Republican parents to vote for him. He felt different. I believed he was gonna change stuff.”

“But it’s eight years later,” “My dad’s still out of work. My hometown’s about to go under. And Hillary comes out saying she’s basically going to keep everything the same. I’m sorry, but that doesn’t work for me and my family.”
