Basically, due to a bunch of recent events, YouTube has been cracking down on who can earn ad revenue due to certain ads running on certain vids & big companies that pay YouTube big $$$ not being happy about it.
You can read up on the details here.
Since rap battles are considered "offensive content" due to their language & subject matter, leagues are waiting until they can properly monetize their content before essentially releasing it for free.
From what I'm hearing, things will be resolved soon.
