Hurricane and Devil in a Blue Dress, DIBD first.
Hurricane a tougher watch, content.
Seeing civilians get bent like that always hurts, especially ones with promising careers.

Devil in a Blue Dress was the 1st film I remembered seeing Don Cheadle in, pretty solid character no doubt.
This is back when Tom SIzemore was the MF man.
