Our very own Hong Kong Sneaker Guide.

I was in HK last week and roshes are abundant.  They go for around 450-600 HKD.  Hit up Fa Yuen and you are bound to see some Roshes.  I got a couple of em.  The tricky part is getting your size (im a size 12 - most shops only have 11 or smaller - or just dont have stock for 12s )  HTH.

P, any chance that you'd know the retail for those EA Sports x Nike Air Trainer Max 94s? CW doesn't really work for me but I'd scoop if the price is right. And are the All-Star Griffey 1's still up anywhere? Thanks fam

Not sure... I can check the next time I swing by.

As for the AS-AGM's, MAYBE the big Nike on Fa Yuen St. might still have them.

^ Thanks fam. Missed out on the 94's last time (2 years ago I think). I was waiting for them to drop real low on Eastbay

A lot bro.  Currently, they have the marble pack and the hyperfuse joints.  I also saw some camo tiger prints as well.  A lot of the old roshes are on sale too. (woven)

Have fun and good luck homie.

Hi I'm new to Nike talk. And new to the sneaker culture in Hong Kong as well. I just have a few questions. How does the lottery system work in Hong Kong for certain releases? And how do you sign up for these lottery picks. Also if I may kindly ask someone to name some of the most popular consignment stores in Hong Kong? I'm trying to trade in some of my kaws figures and supreme gear. Thanks a lot!!!

was there any talk of the Shanghai Shen 5s ever coming to HK? hate how shanghai gets all the love :frown:

Are they by lottery or can we walk into the store?
Air Jordan retros in the past have been quite limited.  I'm guessing there will be a line.

Welcome to NT.

In the past they've used the line-up/first-come-first-serve systems, but we've ended up seeing a lot of hired-liners (like grannies with their 4yr old gran kids, obviously not sneakerheads). They go there days in advanced, so the average sneakerhead (who goes to work or school) will usually have no chance at getting shoes.  Some Nike stores have also used the lucky-draw system, which require an HKID.  I think I've seen FB registrations as well for the draw.  Various systems.

I've listed reseller stores many times in this thread, so go check those out.  Not sure if they'll buy your shoes though.

From what I heard on HKK, we won't be getting the 5's.

I think for Macau, a day-trip's probably enough.   Just take an early ferry and leave later.  I think the earliest is 7AM and the latest is 12AM.  You can pretty-much cover a few casinos and several touristy-spots in 1 day, IMO.

How much are the Air Pythons? :smokin

Picked up a pair of Roshe Run Mids Paris QS for $419 HKD. Lots of places had 10% off or roshes at $389 (basic colours). I think the pricing was pretty decent. Here in China, they run for 600 something RMB and only for basic colours.

Any news re: The Glove?  Will it be released in HK?
Haven't heard anything yet.  We might get some of the other colors (rumors) here next year, but haven't heard anything regarding the black ones as of yet.

I had to order mine via FTL.

Thanks for the info.  I'll be going to HK in a few days.  Hope to get a sneaker or two.

Where did you get Roshe City pack? Fa Yuen St, Mongkok?

The only stores that I saw had them were:
-Nike store right outside the exit (forgot which letter exit it was, but which ever leads to Fa Yuen). Its on the left (on the corner). It has a 2nd level.

-The other store that I found the shoes at were at "da hood" (http://www.dahood.asia/) multiple locations in the area. Both these stores were on the same street as the big 3 floor Nike store (that has the lebron 11s in the display and lebron poster outside on the wall)

Basic colours
-all black with white sole, all red with white sole, all navy with white sole or teal sole, charcoal with infrared sole, etc. All with the basic mesh type material.

-The roshes in more unique patterns or colours were priced at 599 HKD (some places with 10% off). Some examples might be, gray with white sole that had a marble like rainbow pattern on it, different materials for the toe box and midshoe layers, etc.
700
These were actually really, kind of regretting not buying it now.

also saw this chick on the MTR with cement pattern roshes. Those were really nice.
