toast. a nicely buttered piece of toast on the right type of bread is awesome high food. pancakes even with syrup is good but it's too filling. waffles depend on who makes them...lowest of the totem pole for me.

sucks cuz I can't eat any of these foods that much these days.

Parisian French Toast my friends......it's basically French toast made with a croissant instead of regular bread. This **** is like 2k calories but well worth it.
