He is not even lying. They had a 30GB iPod for $99 and I asked them how much will they give me for mine and the chick said $30

Next time I go I should make a QS thread and ask NTers what they want me to pick up for em, because this one be having crazy deals. I seen this DSLR Nikon for$125, Sony Vaio (don't remember which model) 350, computer monitors $20

lol, one time i took my ps1 with all my games controllers, memory cards and got like 40 dollars back in 05. we got a stock of new cds like over1000 and we tried to take em there and they would say 2 dollars per cd and they were sealed

we still got like 500+ cds brand new, sold some to the flea for 5 dollarsa pop
 
i went into a pawn shop a few weeks ago looking for old ps1 games (didn't find any)

i come out bout to get in the car and i almost stepped on a used rubber!

Ya that's a real nice pick up. And I agree Pawn Shops are FTW only if you are buying though. I got a Pawn shop right across from my house and they got somenice deals in there every so often. I've never sold anything to them but pawn shops are like crooks for real. They give dead bottom line prices for yourthings then turn around and sell them for so much higher. I know its a business or whatever but damn. I had a house mate come up short on rent one month so hewent to sell his DvD player and his TV. Damn shop only gave him 15 bucks total for both. I woulda just paid his way if I knew that in advance
 
DSLR and PS3 are at the top of my shopping list but I dont have enough money....didnt even think about checking pawn shops.
