OP, ill give you a serious answer...DS to me means never worn or tried on, still factory laced.

Now, your argument is that the shoe has been on display and touched by 100 people but it doesn't matter...the shoe is still DS...now, if there is dirt or any other flaws due to being handled by so many people, ask for a discount/negotiate with his price...but it doesn't mean the shoe isn't DS though...
