Richmond, VA man commutes 7 hours total each day for his "dream job" in DC.

+still talkin about the topic+

i dont think that is the guy's first and last name, maybe a middle or nickname cause i cant find him in ako or global...was trying to find his rank.

I found someone named Beverly Alford who works for DOJ in Washington DC, could possibly be him, just as easily might not be.

In case ya'll didn't know, you can look up the majority of Federal employees by name and find out their rank and pay.

I work with a different group ofr Feds every year, and early on I always look up their salaries. The amount of money and the jobs some of these fools have is unbelievable. Had a guy last year ask me how to create a shortcut and folder on his desktop. Looked him up, he was a computer specialist/engineer and his salary was 155k :smh::smh:

I commute into VA from PG for work. Like yall said its just cheaper to live on this side of the bridge. Why pay an extra 300/month for a smaller place? Sure its nicer but I like living life too. There's a reason all my coworkers in their mid 20s from VA still live at home or split rent.

That isnt to say I prefer living here. Had my car messed with and the area is far from the best but it isnt the HOOD hood. Once i find better pay im moving to the city, NoVA, or MoCo.

And I heard NoVA had some rough spots a few years ago. Couldnt tell now but I wouldn't doubt it for any area close enough to the city.

No disrespect, but you should already know. I'm going to guess you were out after 10 PM, with a bunch of other young dudes. Police just playing the odds one of ya'll would drunk, open container, possession, or some other charge.

I'm 31, big, black, bald (half the year) with a beard, roll all around NoVA, never had an issue with police. Probably the biggest reason I bought Honda Odyssey (minivan). I wanted a blacked out Charger, but the juice wouldn't be worth that squeeze with that car. Hell, the last ticket I got, I was driving 85 on 66 at 1:45 AM. PW officer pulled me, saw the fam passed out in the back, and gave me a ticket for 8 over.

I do know. I was just emphasizing how they target young men out here. I knew what the reasoning was. An I know that my friend should not have been driving on a suspended. But the point is, out of all the cars in front of the 711 they ran my friends. Just an example of the young male profiling in NoVa. An yup, it was after 10pm.

How do you know they didn't run everyone's and your friend's was the only one suspended?

Wait, police are to blame for this? C'mon, bruh....

Because the way they acted after they initially pulled him over was evidence that they just wanted to **** with us. The driver was the only one at fault in this scenario. So the fat that my friend and I were searched and also harassed was proof of profiling.

I had a guy coming from Norfolk to Herndon every day. After awhile, he got a room in Ashburn for the week and i let him work remote on Mondays and Fridays to stretch his time with his family. Dont know how he was doing that for only 70K lol.
