Smyrna police shoot, kill man in Maserati..VOL. Man in Maserati was not driving at police when they

How can anybody comment when they don't know any of the facts?
the side of the car is swiss cheesed up.

they claim the car was coming at them and they feared for their lives.

maybe he was power sliding towards them

oh.... so this isn't about black people trying to defend themselves from the police?
people of all walks of life should be free from police trampling all over their human rights. you dont have to be black to be down for the cause. just because pigs are racist as hell doesnt mean we have to be.
so how does starting a militia in los angeles protect you from the police?

people saying "how could he be driving towards them if the car was shot from the side...."

that's assuming all the cops were standing in the same place

could he have been driving towards one or some of the cops and then the ones in a different position fired?

or is that illogical?

ill give you that. but there were also witnesses that said he was backing up when they opened fire

Yes its illogical that not one round would penetrate the windshield but 19 in the passenger side windows

So who's car was it?
How many cops fired their weapon in this incident?

So you can piece exactly what happened with a few pictures. Because if you want to play that game, I can easily come up with a plausible story of why his side windows would be shot up and the cops story hold true.

Witnesses are wrong all the time.

The point is, you can't come to a conclusion based on the information we currently have.

Some random dude says he wasn't doing anything wrong.

NTers draw conclusion that he wasn't doing anything wrong.

Not one person said he was in the right... And got shot for no reason.

Not one... Not a single post.

So let's stop this nonsense right here, bruh.

If he really was driving away from the police n not towards, The cops shouldn't be just shooting at the vehicle, unless he was firing shots from the car ...they can get in the car n chase but it doesn't make sense to me to start sending shots in an open area when somebody driving away

We all know how this is going to play out. Before all if the evidence comes out, they'll assassinate the dude's character and try him in the media, without him being able to defend himself. The bigots week come out supporting the officers claiming they have a dangerous job, etc etc, this will get swept under the rug, end of story, tune in next week for another just like it

and so it begins...

Man shot dead by police had history of assaulting cops

According to court records, 23-year-old Nicholas Thomas was convicted in 2014 of aggravated assault on a peace officer and attempting to elude capture. On Mar. 21, 2013, a Kennesaw State University police officer attempted to pull over Thomas for speeding; Thomas accelerated and drove at the officer.

He was also convicted of driving with a suspended license, no proof of insurance, and using a license plate that didn't match his car.

Dont forget, it gonna be proven that the eye witness was lying.

Oh yea, because back in the 4th grade, they told little Timmy or Rebecca that they liked them but really didn't, so their testimony is invalid.

Damn near everyone cops kill are black and unarmed, at what point does NT says "hmm, maybe this isnt a coincidence"..

I mean look at the U.S history, how can you guys be surprised ?

Important to know that assault =/= battery. You can be charged with assault without laying a finger on someone. From the sound of the scenario above he tried to drive off after being pulled over and the officer had to step back from the car.

As for this case, need more facts. It doesn't sound like they needed to light the car up smh.

Works at goodyear but driving a maserati, you know he was up to something.

Shouldn't have gone out like that though :smh:

Or someone let him borrow their car...

Parking a Maserati infront of Goodyear isnt a good front.....
