what's funny is i look at the stats for soccer...
they have nothing relevant to show, so they post nonsene
for instance:
amount of corners kicks?
amount of cross passes
shots taken, and how many of them were on goal...
at least in baseball there's action even if it's a pitchers duel

also ur mad at ivory coast flopping to get kaka that red?
i hope you watched the whole game where brazil was doing that *@%+...it was warranted for them to do it once and get them kicked off..
not to mention the two hand balls by fabiano and then him and the ref laughing it up..

I wish they would set up something where they can review these things after games and penalize people.
It's out of control, but I'm glad the announcers just destroy them.

This wasnt even a dive...if you watch the clip you will see the Paraguayan defender stepped on the back of De Rossi's leg (ofcourse the video is prudently edited so that you dont see it).Originally Posted by bangtcg

A team can waste 5 minutes of a match by diving and faking injuries but refs usually award maybe 2 mins of injury time.
I think its unfortunate though that casual fans focus only on the negative aspects of the sport. It'd be like saying baseball sucks because pitching changes take forever or that basketball sucks because of all the foul calls or football sucks because of all the stoppages. No sport is perfect.
