been eating snacks like crazy all week :lol:

no more cutting, upping up them calories a bit. summer is over for us in michigan so screw it. time to add mass.. i hope :frown:
 
Tried that Phase 8 today and I was surprised how powdery it. Taste was okay and the consistency is pretty thick compared to other shakes. Maybe it's me but a scoop seems larger than ON.
 
Better off just cheating with the real deal.  The stuff in there is no better or safer than some of the stuff in the supplements that you say you don't consume due to safety concerns.  This stuff is highly processed.  A natural whey protein doesn't have some of the stuff this has in it.  No shots intended, just making a general point.

I agree, but it's not something I'm putting in my body everyday.

Fair enough. I happen to agree regarding most supps, slowly been moving towards nothing more than vitamins, fish oil, and some form of superfoods. That said...cheat a little bruh! As hard as we work to live this lifestyle, allow yourself to have the real deal on occasion. It will do way less harm since your body can process it all.

Different proteins, as different X or Y, all have differing portion sizes due to ingredient profiles

Did chest and back today, gonna buy some chicken breast and veggies tonight and try to go grocery shopping in the next week or two, gonna get back on cutting strict, right now I just been eating whatever and adding weight to my routines each workout.

binged this weekend since i'm going on a strict cut too. **** is gonna be terrible since i'm resting my shoulder and not lifting.

I ate an entire little chasers deep dish pizza and a large mint Oreo blizzard last night and woke up vascular as hell, right now I'm on my way to try that waffle battered chicken tenders from Popeyes. I'm gonna try and not do my weekly cheat days also, maybe a refeed or cheat day the last Saturday of every month.

Ive been eating like **** lately, Im just starving after my workouts and binge eat. Im trying my hardest to cut the rest of this fat off. ****** around and bulked for a bit and went way too fast

 This is way harder then the first time I cut for a long period of time. Atleast my lifts are going up.

Since I started working out 5 days a week my body is hungry as hell now I guess since my activity level is going up I'm burning more calories or something idk, dead lifting and squating twice a week have me starving

when are dudes going to get off that genetics deal????

there are very few people who are predisposed to having a slow metabolism, and being fat, and there are people who are also naturally skinny, the majority of people have the necessary genetics to achieve cuts and striations with strict nutrition
 
Since I started working out 5 days a week my body is hungry as hell now I guess since my activity level is going up I'm burning more calories or something idk, dead lifting and squating twice a week have me starving
Hell yeah and I think my body is getting used to the heavy workouts so the only way I can get this fat off is really cut the calories and/or up the cardio. I run 3-5 miles a day outside in the morning so idk if I want to do more cardio

That's the thing I go hard so I can't even do cardio after workouts like I use to do, I guess I will use my 2 off days to do 30 min of some type of low intensity cardio. I'm gonna buy a pocket food scale and get on my mat ogus tip and start weighing my food in public

I think ill start doing some hit on my days off from work, so a run in the morning then HIIT at night on the treadmill.

My food scale is the number 1 investment Ive made for nutrition, **** its one of the few things I use everyday period

Went grocery shopping again today. Another $120 for the week smh. Bunch of chicken breasts and fruit, 2 pounds of sweet potatoes some meat (pause) and a bunch of oatmeal. Still cutting, still disciplined. Went to a birthday dinner last night at a casino buffet, ate nothing but salad and salmon and a couple bananas, while everybody else feasted on fried chicken wings and shrimp, cheesecakes and ice cream, piles of pizza and burgers and ribs. i sat there eating raw carrots lmao. Sall good though, with deprivation comes discipline. And it's not like all those good fixings are going anywhere, I'll always have access to that stuff, I want to be ripped NOW.

You're misinterpreting why we're bringing up genetics. Muscle insertions and vascularity are effected by genetics. Sure anyone can achieve a certain body fat percentage; however, different muscles will appear differently due to genetics.
