Suge Knight Involved In A Hit And Run In Compton ... Victim Is Dead ....

If you know how the court of law works ain't to many juries out there going to convict him of murder, but also depending on his lawyers mouth piece tho. 

A half way solid lawyer could argue that when he say the gun being pulled on him he panicked and all he was thinking was getting out of there with his life.  Not to mention Bone is a known gang member, but not just a member but an OG with strips; and Suge knew of his reputation and his beef with him. 

He could've beat this case all together if he'd called the police right after it happen, but at best he's looking at felony hit and run.  If anything Bone might get charged with homies murder.

But there are a few factors to take into account like witness statements.

why.bone gonna get charged. this is worst than the tony killwart vid.

was messed up, but a lil. who.suge think.he is.
 
didnt early reports say Suge hit them while reversing out of the parking lot...

suge can also be hit with manslaughter, no ?

Because he allegedly pulled a gun on Suge causing Suge to drive off in an erratic manner because he feared for his life which is what led up to homies death. 

If you rob someone and they chase you down, and get hit and killed by a car in the process of chasing you down you then will be charged with murder even tho you were not behind the wheel of the car that hit and killed the person you robbed.  But since your illegal actions were the cause that led up to their death you get charged for that death.

it's easier for the state to prove bone didn't have a gun and was just doing standard security than it will be for suge's attorney to prove he had a gun and was threatening him.

you have to remember, bone had a reason to approach suge....

I don't know about that, but again it depends also strongly on witness statements.  But in the grainy video posted above you can clearly see a gun being taken off homies limp body.  So when Suges lawyers enhance the quality of the video it will clearly with out a doubt show that he approached him with a gun. 

And Bone had no reason to walk up on him.  Bone was "security" not a police officer.  Security can't just run up on people like that.  They have very little authority if any at all unless the property owner gives them authority( still very limited).  From the looks of it Suge was on the Burger spots propriety, so he had a right to be there; and not be told to leave unless told to do so from a propriety representative.  Which I don't think Bone was.

saw the video today, pretty intense

if that was in fact a gun that was pulled its gonna be hard to convict suge
 
i dont get how u gonna go to ur enemy like that and expect to go unscathe. wat was the beef anyhow?
 
For the people who watched the video but are saying he will get off. How so? It look like he had a chance to get away but decided to come back and run them over. Not a legal expert, so I'm just interested in what you'll are seeing that might get him off.

1. the speculation about a gun and making the video clearer is just that... speculation... from the evidence present now, you can't prove bone had a gun.

2. security can walk up to anybody they want... regular citizens can "walk up" on anybody they want.... walking toward somebody and speaking to them is not illegal.

3. doesn't matter who owns the property, what matters is this is the second time suge tried to crash a video shoot, and a person who is doing security walks up to his car and is talking to him. Proving that bone had a gun and that bone threatened suge is going to be an uphill battle. You are speculating instead of taking the solid evidence presented so far.

This

The initial hit when he backed up can be debated with the "fearing of his life" excuse his lawyers will use. But once he was backed up, he could have driven straight off. You even see a car drive right by once he hits them in the direction he could have went instead.

He could have also veered to the right instead of left, which was the way he took and drove over Bone a 2nd time and hitting Terry the first time (the person he actually killed).

Plus, he doesn't have a track record like Suge. The first thing LA prosecutor's do is try to link you to a gang. That automatically makes you guilty if they can link you to one.
 
Yea I was going to post that Suge probably will get convicted based purely off of who he is and all he has done up to this point. Not like he was a model citizen abiding the law all his life. Shouldn't be this way in reality but we all know this is the case.
