ive been eating plain oatmeal with a little splenda and some cinnamon for breakfast this past week...and today i got some more vegetables and some grilled chicken to eat for lunch for the week....im tired of eating so bad...i feel like all i eat is processed foods and stuff not good for me....and i already have genetics working against me as far as health problems in my future....so i need to start eating good now while i am young

I just can't eat brown rice...every once in a while I try a spoonful and I couldn't imagine eating a scoop of it every couple of days...

Breakfast
a apple
1 glass Simply Lemonade

Lunch
1 slice Mushroom Pizza
1 cup grilled Chicken
1 cup white rice
Brussel Sprouts with chopped Bacon
1 can Ginger Ale soda (all from Whole Foods)

Dinner
Steamed Vegtables
1 bowl Chicken Noodle soup with extra Chicken
1 glass Simply Lemonade,1 glass water

While I was at Whole Foods,I ate a sample of Key Lime Cheesecake, which I didn't want to do,but you know how the person asking you to try it is so nice and I didn't want to be rude...meaning no willpower,lol...plus it was so damn good...Normally I would have gotten at least a slice but i'm trying to eat better...

What are the benefits of eating oatmeal for breakfast instead of cereal? I know lack of sugar is one of them...What else?

Breakfast

Bowl of Oatmeal half water half milk (Lactose kills me)
Blueberries and a Banana

Lunch

Grilled Salmon with Baby Spinach and some whole wheat antipasto with balsamic vinegar
Water

Dinner

Up in the air
