Actually our offense has looked a million times better than last year. A majority of our problems come from the defensive end.

Both sides of the ball are pretty horrendous though.. you aren't too far from being dead last in points

People act like the Triangle is some complex system.
At the end of the day it's a set play run on repeat.
Any player with can pick it up, and Knicks will do fine with it.
They will make a couple of moves and everything else will be History. 
They will be competitive for sure.

its generates to many mid range jumpers and post ups for todays NBA. They will have to abandon , or severely limit the amount they use it.

It may be an issue for them now but it won't be with the right pieces next to Melo.

As long as Phil and Fish are in NY, the triangle will be there too.

Just a couple of pieces out, and a couple in and boom, Knicks are back(or here)

the triangle really just needs a solid passing big man and shooters correct? I wonder how San An would fare in it. Or Memphis. Or hell, even GSW. Not necessarily all game, but say when teams start running zone at them in the playoffs, it could be something to shake things up

True. Thing is besides for Gasol, there really arent any great defensive players available (Dragic, Love, Aldridge, Monroe, Millsap) . Might have to go all in on the offensive side.
