Went into footlocker today and I was talking to an employee about the raffles and their plan to make them available through in app raffle, but he said the app most likely won't be ready in time, so these should be like all other regular raffles.

The app is already out. My local said flu games were the last pair which would have tickets handed out in person. They said from now on everyone will have to use the app.

It's legit, was 2 months ago, he starts his prices low then when traffic starts coming in he increases the price
