nope.

all i did on these were auto contrast > little bit of sharpening > resize

You mentioned you do a lot of PP..what are you doing to get that bright heavy saturated look in these pix?

I had it on Vivid mode or whatever so the saturation was pretty high. I did some mellow contrast changes but for the most part, that's how it looked from the camera. Just a nice day in SF and good background images.

I envy a lot of you. I have a D90 and I seriously dont see how yall get your images looking so crispy like that. Maybe I just need to spend more time with my camera and Photoshop... G'z....

I have been sharpening all my photo's lately. I forget the actual numbers but I do sharpen them normally pretty high. You notice the clarity more on photos that are already sharp to begin with.

I've been debating between that and the T2i and haven't found many user reviews yet..
 
Noob question:
How do you do that light flare technique, where a street light or something that has points like a star? 

Any help is appreciated.

Use a small aperture (something like f/16 or f/22) and set a long exposure. Make sure you use a tripod or something to keep it steady and you should get that "star" look.
