Thats the same thing that happened to my ps3 out the box lol It happened when I set it to 1080p it was just flicker and flicker even though at the time I had a brand new LG that ran 1080p.

I never bothered to send it in or return it so I just set it to 1080i and called it a day.

Just for peace of mind give em a call tonight.

I just finished a chat with customer service rep. Andres B and he reassured me that I will receive the PS4 on friday. He said: "Your order could ship any time between now and right before the Guaranteed Delivery Date: Friday, November 15, 2013 "

I feel a little better now.
