I don't want to even know what breathing in gas from cars amongst other pollution are doing to those of us living in the larger cities. I'm already worried about microplastics being in damn near everything we consume too.

Exactly. The more I know, the more I worry and even if I try to do what I can, it's practically not making a difference.

If you go down the rabbit hole you’ll find out they feed all kinds of junk to livestock. Impossible and Beyond meat also have harmful ingredients. And even going Vegan or Plant-based, you’ll find there are pesticides among other dangerous chemicals too.
