The guy Rick killed in the bathroom will eventually come back as a walker and that is why Rick left the bathroom door cracked before he left the house.

Sure he did, but my point is Shane carried the show. The story my have revolved around rick, but Shane was what made it move. Daryl has been reduced to nothing now. If he dies, nothing changes. It kinda just puts his character out of his misery lol.
Glen should die too
