I was originally going with Hov, but after further thought, IMO Kanye West is this decade's face of hip-hop.
College Dropout/Late Registration are arguably the greatest hip-hop albums of this decade, both appealing to hip-hop heads and the mainstream market.
No one has a more consistent discography then him, 00-present.
Prove me wrong...
Anyway, the answer is Vinnie Paz. Best album of this decade hands down, followed by multiple classics since. It's like this: 80's: Steady B 90's:Kool G Rap 00's: Vinnie Paz
