this is what the rock's 2013 has looked like

I can't believe he came back to the WWE on top of all this

Hercules is either gonna be an epic franchise or a total bomb

I'm not a rock hater but hasn't most of the movies he was the central character in either flopped or were only moderately popular?

highest paid actor

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is definitely keeping busy, but everyone knows that. He’s deep in the thick of Fast 8, which will probably gross two billion dollars. He just launched his official YouTube channel. And he’s set to become just the second wrestling figure ever to receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. All that tireless work is paying off — literally — as The Rock is now officially the highest-paid actor of any kind, in the entire world.

The annual “Highest Paid Celebrities” list from Forbes has arrived and The Rock is the top actor — male or female — on the list. (Ellen DeGeneres clocked in at No. 13, but despite her role in Finding Dory, the majority of her income for the list’s purposes came via non-acting talk show and endorsement revenue. Ditto Kevin Hart at No. 6. His source of revenue was listed as “comedy.”) What’s more, Johnson is in the top 20 highest-paid celebrity of any kind, coming in at No. 19 on the list with the $64.5 million he earned just in the past 12 months.

Rock-solid box office numbers helped the erstwhile wrestler become the world’s highest-paid actor. Since helping launch the billion-dollar Fast and Furious franchise and leading 2015’s “San Andreas” to a surprising $473 million worldwide, Dwayne Johnson has become Hollywood’s go-to action hero. Next up for the beefy star: a starring role in the upcoming “Baywatch” remake. “I can kick *** better than anyone on the planet,” he once told FORBES. “And I have a decent smile.”
The No. 1 celebrity was Taylor Swift, who took home a whopping $170 million over the past 12 months. So The Rock has a bit of catching up to do. But I’m sure he’s perfectly happy with his spot on the list for the time being.

Dude is just killing it. Fans love him, he loves the fans, and he comes off very humble/likable.

Goes back to his WWE days too. No one has anything bad to say about him.

Swear only thing I hate about dude is how he can do one curl and get swole, it takes me 1000 to get swole ::lol:

Rock isn't that good of an actor though. I respect his hustle but dude has those struggle acting skills.

Whoever landed him the part in Fast 5 and convinced him to come back to WWE is the real MVP. Dude was off the radar come 2009/2010.

Dude's Disney movie's were ok but I'm pretty sure he probably hated those roles

Still needs that defining role tho :nerd:
