what really ruined the game was young pups thirst to try to be unique by owning classic shoes in the golden era of sneakers... by instead of searching and obtaining those classic gems... and shoe makers providing that fix by retro re retro and retroing x10 these kicks in abundance...

imagine if this logic was used in the car game... and all the hot classic cars auto manufactures cranked out classics like 69 impalas,442's etc... every year and massed produced them... how much would the classic car game change if a old school stingray was remade in abundance every year like a general released car. would ppl really be like wow thats a nice late 40's aston martin if there where 500,000 others ones on the road...? would ppl really glamor over a 65 gto if pontiac was still around and the produced 250,000 of these cars every year?

so in essence the younger generations who werent around for the classic shoes, their thirst for these shoes, mixed with the new generations laziness in not wanting to search for the shoes, mixed with the "microwave mentality" i want it right now with lil to no effort... and shoe companies to accommodate this by mass producing and over saturating the market with it has killed the game...
