The Miami Heat won an NBA championship by trading away those players. I love C. Butler, but it had to be and Im glad it did.

I gotta admit tho, that 03-04 team season was very fun to watch. A great young, up and coming team. With some slight adjustments and a few extra yearsthey definitely would have been championship contenders regardless.

The Heat championship was bittersweet for me honestly. I kinda had the feeling the Heat accomplished it w/ some loss of integrity. Shaq's presence in Miamihas been fun and interesting(even I was there at the AAA for is intro), but I truly feel the Heat will be contenders again when they rid of Shaq. I'm notso fond of Williams' consistency w/ the team, Blount has to go, Parker will be dealt and that's all something to work with.

If I am happy about one thing this season, it'd be the progress of Chris Quinn 'Medicine Boy' and Wright. Worse than the Heat's record,I've been hurt terribly by the loss of Zo. There goes the passion. Here's to a better half of the season...
Good stuff, MiamiPinoyBoy. Good to see apassionate Heat fan 'round here.

im laughin at this dude for really thinkin that you can pick up all of those players. wake your$$#@ up, this aint happenin. EVER.

please i will glady suck for the next two years, ill do that shaq trade over and over

we will get better once shaq decides to hang it up, and we get that cap space back,

i almost dont even want riles to make a big move right now, just wait it out, miss the playoffs so we can keep our first rounder and start developing the youngtalent

^ you know, i was thinkin the Heat would be better off if they did that. Try and bring someone in from free agency, and get a good pick in the draft, and theHeat are back on track. But as long as shaq is eating that money alive, its going to be hard to bring in from free agency

heat get: another athlete with small risk, ask for a second round pick
cavs get: rid of a cancer
warriors get: servicable pg/big man

What are you a Cavs fan??????
This trade would make more sense if you left out the Cavs..............

Who in their right mind would take Damon Jones, an overpaid PG that can't handle the ball, pass the ball, or defend other PGs?? Dude comes in at the lastseconds when down 2 or 3 pts to be a decoy.

Yea this trade proposal was way better than mine

What Miami is getting is fine...............
Give the Warriors Smush Parker someone who is better than Damon Jones..........
This trade makes sense, but the Warriors can something way better for
Mickael Pietrus, like.........
