My college roommate once asked me what I was giving up an I said religion, since I'm not very religious.

Since then I've realized how beneficial it could be, this year I will be giving up swearing. I want to rid my life of swearing actually.

I grew up with lent and I'm episcopalian. Not just Catholics observe it.
Soda/fast food/unhealthy food for me.
