^doesn't matter....if it's well known that yuku add's weight...then you should factor that before using that particular avatar.
ultimately.. it's your responsibility to follow the rules.. ALL of them, even the ticky tack ones regarding avy size.

and i've been banned four times in 2 weeks, mainly because i tried to (pause) hop back on too early.
