So I sold my xbox a few months ago but my XBL doesn't expire till jan of next year. Is there any way I could pass it on to someone else?

If you give them your GT and information they can sign in and use it until it expires.
Just make sure you remove as much personal information as possible from it and let someone you know or trust use it.
I don't think you can transfer the membership time tho.

If you make another xbox your home xbox, the person who owns that xbox will reap your xbox live benefits.
Even when they sign into their own acct.

Nah, I bought 2 plug and plays on release date and haven't looked back since.
Anytime I'm low I always have one thats fully charged.
The last time I messed with rechargeable batteries the damn batteries stopped taking a charge after 2 months of use.

They have to put your account on their Xbox and they should have the option to do so in settings
