yea its legit. MS sends sliver members promotions for one month of live for one dollar or two months for $2, but after the user accepts it MS never kills the link. Basically you can keep using it.

i meant to say turn off auto renew after you use the deal, so after the month is over you are not randomly charged.

You can leave the card info on but remember to turn off autorenew or after the month is over MS will charge you 20 $ for 3 months
