milkskate Sent me the wrong shoe!!!!!! already opened a paypal dispute hope i get my money back

how do you track an order from milkskate.com? I have my tracking number but I don't know where to go? also do they take money out of your account once the shoes arrive or before? this my first time ordering from overseas

Guys I'm trying to cancel the order from offsprings But I can't get through on my phone hopefully they let me cancel by their customer service email

 i also used mastercard and went without any problems.do i email them after i get my shoes or before sorry for all the questions 

this is my first time buying from offspring if they sent me an order conformation email am i good to go?
