    Yup,did it w my black tongue orcas. They were my beaters and got so dirty. I took out the laces and insole, gave it a good scrub w a toothbrush...

    NDC. They don't have any size 4.5, but check to see if the have any 4s left. When I put in my order there weren't very many left, but good luck!...
