start off with chin up, when you do your back routine. Then go on to lat pull down for 3 sets and then do 2sets of reverse grip pull down ( for inner back) Then go on to seated cable row (mid back), and afterward do some db rows to finish strong. You can also throw in some lower back...

Too bad my library won't let you check em out though. You have to stay in there with the book and you can't leave. They also give you a time limit onthe book, if you go pass that certain amount of time you have to return it lol. But this leaves you no room to procrastinate
