for a pg i wouldnt. if you are the type of slasher/cutter i defiantly wouldnt recommend any air max based shoe, unless u want to be like derek fisher lol.

i dont think they are, they improve some aspects of the shoe (sometimes decrease) but i think the cushioning tech stays basically the same, if your looking forlows ur better off with zoom bb 1 lows
